Migdal Or’s employment team are skilled in helping people with visual impairment to integrate into the labor market. They accompany high school students as they enter the working environment.
While their peers are taking their first steps in employment, young people with visual impairment can sometimes find themselves without access to this experience.
Migdal Or’s employment team, accompanies them on their way enabling them to experience financial independence, contemplate career direction, provide them with tools that will assist in the selection process for national service, volunteering for the IDF, preparatory courses and other frameworks.
